Cancellation & Refund Policy

BMG GOLD MARKET PRIVATE LIMITED purchases Gold, Silver and Diamonds from customers. The value of the items is determined based on applicable factors such as purity, weight, quality, prevailing market conditions and the applicable valuation process. Payment will be made after the customer accepts and confirms the valuation.

Transaction Cancellation

Customers may choose not to proceed with the transaction before accepting the valuation and handing over their Gold, Silver or Diamond items to BMG GOLD MARKET PRIVATE LIMITED.

Once the customer accepts the valuation, hands over the Gold, Silver or Diamond items, and receives the agreed payment, the transaction will be considered completed and final.

Refund Policy

BMG GOLD MARKET PRIVATE LIMITED provides a service of purchasing Gold, Silver and Diamonds from customers and making payment for the accepted items.

Once a transaction has been completed with the customer’s approval and the agreed payment has been made, no refund or reversal of the completed transaction will be provided.

Customers are therefore requested to carefully verify the valuation, weight, purity, quality, applicable rate and payment amount before handing over their Gold, Silver or Diamond items and confirming the transaction.

Valuation & Customer Confirmation

The valuation of Gold, Silver and Diamonds will be carried out based on relevant factors, including weight, purity, quality and prevailing market conditions, as applicable to the respective item.

The valuation and payment details will be communicated to the customer, and the transaction will be completed only after the customer’s confirmation and approval.

Important Note

Once the customer has accepted the valuation, handed over the Gold, Silver or Diamond items to BMG GOLD MARKET PRIVATE LIMITED and received the agreed payment, the transaction cannot be cancelled, reversed or claimed for a refund.

Customers are advised to review and confirm all transaction details before completing the transaction.
